  1. Do not use this form unless all your questions have been answered, and you are ready to start studying - and traveling if you live abroad - to Aldiwan Center in Gadren City Cairo, Egypt.
  2. This form is for students who are applying for taking the Extensive Course which is always takenin groups.
  3. Please fill out ALL the fields in this registration form with accurate and complete data. Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your registration.

Registration Policy

1 -  Fill out the registration form.

 2 -  The application form must be received by the appropriate program deadline.

  3 -  Registration is not complete without payment of the deposit.

4 - Timely registration ensures optimal accommodation.

5 -  Upon arrival to Aldiwan Center, the student will be asked to sign an agreement outlining the guidelines of studying at Aldiwan Center.

Registration cancellation and deposit refund policy

6 - Aldiwan Center will refund the deposit minus any wiring fees if the student canceled his/her registration 25 days or more before the program starts

7 - Full refund minus $ 40 cancellation fee will be charged if the student canceled his/her registration 15 - 25 days before the program starting date

8 - No refund is given to the student if he / she cancelled his / her registration 15 days or less before the program start date.

·The date we receive your registration deposit is the date upon which you will be (or not) eligible for any date-based discounts offered.
 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you pay $100 deposit so that your registration form will be valid. You will not be registered until your deposit is paid and received.

[Note: 1$ USD = 5.34 EGP [as of 20 August 2008], subject to Central Bank official rate changes]. We recommend you check the current rate before your trip. The fees will be paid in Egyptian pounds.

The deposit will be deducted from the tuition fees.
